If you regret your purchase, you have up to 7 days after receiving your purchase to request an exchange of the product.
RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
The return request must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

All items must be returned in their original packaging with their tags, and unused.
We do not accept exchanges for products that have been tested, used or damaged.
You can choose how you want to receive a refund for the amount paid for the merchandise, which can be in the form of credits for a new purchase on the website, or in the same payment method chosen during the purchase process. In other words, if you paid by credit card, you will receive a refund as requested by your bank. If the value of the new product you want is greater than the original purchase, you can complete the payment. If it is less, we will leave the difference as credits for use in future purchases.
